Fairness Policy

Impartiality can be defined as non-discrimination in terms of technical and operational aspects involved in admission, candidature, training and certification processes. For instance, complete access to all relevant certification related information to all applicants, candidates and certified persons, and handling of all queries within a stipulated time, is impartiality. On the other hand, fairness refers to not imposing prejudices and biases at any stage during the above-mentioned processes. Fairness is respecting and abiding to human rights among all applicants, candidates and certified persons, as well as staff and employees.
